Join in our most popular (and fun) traffic-building opportunity! Your company name and booth number are printed in a “passport” given to attendees who, in-turn, must visit each booth to get their passport stamped. Once an attendee has collected all the stamps, he or she is eligible to win up to $500 cash in our Passport to Prizes Drawing that will take place during Tuesday afternoon’s dessert.

Networking Sponsorships 
Welcome Reception and Photo Booth   $15,000 (exclusive) 
Welcome attendees to The 2017 Forum during this festive opening reception on Sunday evening. Guests will meet and greet friends and colleagues and your company’s logo will appear on signage throughout the reception venue, on event collateral and signage, as well as on photos taken in the new photo booth added to this event to create an engaging way for attendees to get to know one another. In addition to printed photos, the photos will also be live streamed to FMS' social media. Your logo will also appear on the backdrop wall of the photo booth. Sponsoring the Welcome Reception also guarantees Platinum Sponsorship additions. 
Monday Night Happy Hour in the Exhibit Hall   $4,000 (two available) 
This happy hour is the perfect primer to a night of fun out on the town. As attendees mix and mingle with exhibitors, they’ll stop by and grab a drink from a bar that will prominently feature signage with your company’s likeness and napkins featuring your logo. You’ll also be one of two exclusive sponsors of the ever-popular door prize drawing taking place at the end of the evening. Your logo will appear on the raffle tickets included with every attendee’s badge. 
Networking Luncheons   $3,500 (two available)
The Forum’s two sit-down lunches are the perfect setting to put your brand in front of a captive audience. Available both Monday and Tuesday, your organization will be recognized throughout the luncheon area with your logo appearing prominently on signage, table tents and on the display screens at the front of the room. 
Continental Breakfast   $3,500 (two available)
Rise and shine! Help get attendees off to a great start with fresh juice, pastries and more in the exhibit hall. Your company’s logo will appear at each breakfast station, along with napkins, table tents and signage throughout the venue. 
Dessert in the Exhibit Hall   $3,000 (Tuesday only) 
Leave a “sweet” lasting impression by sponsoring the Tuesday afternoon dessert in the Marketplace Exhibit Hall. Your company’s logo will appear on all signage throughout the dessert area, on table tents and napkins, as well as throughout the conference on signage. 
Refreshment Breaks   $2,500 per break/$4,000 for two breaks (three available)
Your brand will be front and center as attendees take a minute to relax and unwind during refreshment breaks. With breaks available each day (Monday and Tuesday), it’s the perfect opportunity to gain added exposure throughout the conference space. Sponsorship includes signage at each break station with logo-printed napkins and table tents throughout.

Promotional Sponsorships 
The Forum Mobile App   $7,000 (exclusive)
The 2017 Forum Mobile App will allow attendees to access conference materials and stay up-to-date on any changes or events taking place throughout the week. Your company’s image/brand will be prominently displayed on the app and throughout all event signage and promotions as the official sponsor directing attendees to download the app.
Connection Center   $6,000 (exclusive)
This highly-trafficked lounge area will be a great place for attendees to relax and unwind between sessions. Be the company that allows them to stay connected, print hand-outs, and recharge their mobile devices in this one-stop technology hub. You are also welcome to supply mouse pads and printed materials for the area.*
*Printed materials must be reviewed and approved by FMS prior to the conference.
Hotel Room Key Cards   $5,000 (exclusive)  
Put your organization in front of attendees upon first arrival at Red Rock by sponsoring their hotel room key cards. Cards will be given to hotel guests at check-in and used to access their rooms throughout their stay – a constant reminder that you’re with them! Your custom artwork will be printed on each card.**
**Artwork must incorporate the FMS logo and is subject to final approval by FMS.

Hotel Room Drop   $5,000 (two available)
Available Sunday and Monday evenings, you can have your promotional materials, gifts or anything you fancy delivered directly to attendee hotel rooms. Room drop items must be pre-assembled by the sponsoring company and are subject to FMS approval.
Badge Holders   $5,000 (exclusive)
Be the exclusive sponsor of The Forum badge holder. Badge holders are distributed to all attendees and are required apparel for entrance to all conference events. Your company’s logo will be imprinted on all badge holders.
Water Coolers   $4,500 (exclusive)
"But it's a DRY heat!" That's what they always say, right? This sponsorship will allow you to quench attendees' thirst from the dry, warm Las Vegas climate with branded water stations throughout the venue. Attendees can enjoy a light refreshment throughout the day drinking from cups featuring your company's likeness. 
The Forum Pocket Program   $3,000 (exclusive)
The pocket program is a dialed-down version of the onsite program formatted in an easy-to-carry style that fits right in the back of badge holders! Your company’s logo will appear in the program along with a 4-color ad on the back cover. Artwork subject to FMS approval. 
Save the Date for 2018   $2,500 (exclusive)
Help FMS promote The 2018 FMS Forum in Orlando, Florida with a fun take-away featuring the dates of the event and your company's logo. These themed keepsakes will be handed out at registration and in other areas throughout the week of the conference.
