Online discussion boards allow FMS members the opportunity to pose questions to other members, share solutions, and seek insight and guidance.

To subscribe to the FMS Member Discussion Board:

1. Follow the link below to the Discussion Board (you will be asked to log in if you are not already).
   
2. On the page titled “Communities - FMS Member Discussion Board”, click the SUBSCRIBE icon and choose your email “Notification Type” (either “All Posts” to receive notification of all discussions posted on the board; or “Replies to Me” to receive notification only when someone replies to one of your posts.) Once your choice is made, click “Update Subscription.”
   
3. To begin a new discussion click on “New Topic.”
   
4. Click on the FMS Member Discussion and you’ll see a sample discussion thread on FHLB Advances. You can:
• Read the discussion thread.
• Click “Add Reply” to respond to one of the messages.
• Click “Quote” to include in your reply a direct quote from another person’s response.
• Click “Message” to reply, but to have your reply go only to the individual whose posting you are replying to, and not the entire board.
• Click “Report Post” to report a post that you may feel is inappropriate to the Discussion Board moderator.
