The Financial Managers Society Announces Election of First Woman Chairman
Also First Credit Union Executive to Lead the Association
The Financial Managers Society, Inc. (FMS), announced today the election of the first woman chairman of the board of directors in its 60 year history at its annual conference in Orlando. Fla. Daryl J. Cady, executive vice president and CFO of St. Mary’s Bank, Manchester, N.H., is also the first credit union executive to lead the society.

Robert J. DiBella Appointed Director of The Financial Managers Society, Inc.
Robert J. DiBella, executive vice president and treasurer of The Savings Bank in Wakefield, Mass. was elected Chairman of the Strategic Issues Council for the Financial Managers Society (FMS) at its annual meeting in Orlando, Fla., this week. As Council Chair, Dibella was appointed to a two-year term on the board of directors. DiBella has been a member of FMS for over ten years and joined the Strategic Issues Council in 2006.

Deborah Donaldson Appointed Director of The Financial Managers Society, Inc.
Deborah Donaldson, president and CEO of Alpha-Numeric Consulting, LLC. in Hoschton, Ga. was appointed Chair of the Internal Audit Council for the Financial Managers Society (FMS) at its annual meeting in Orlando, Fla., this week. As Council Chair, Donaldson will serve a two-year term on the board of directors. Donaldson has been a member of FMS since 2000 has served as a workshop and conference presenter for numerous educational programs throughout the years.
