The FMS Call Report Boot Camp seminar will highlight recent changes in the call report including an overview of the new 051 form, the revised and reduced frequency of data collection, and a complete overview of the recently updated CD deposit size threshold increase.

Ryan has more than 13 years of financial institutions experience and is
the Industry Technical Leader for the Financial Institutions practice.
As the Industry Technical Leader for Financial Institutions, he serves a
client base that ranges from $100 million to several billion in assets,
performs quality control reviews, presents on accounting matters,
authors much of Plante Moran’s industry thought leadership, and provides
pragmatic solutions and guidance for clients on issues such as an
acquisition or CECL. As a client server, Ryan provides accounting,
auditing, financial analysis, and outsourced risk management services.
Ryan also has extensive experience managing audits of SEC registrants
and the related review of required SEC filings.

Bill Deligiannis has over 25 years of experience in regulatory compliance, consumer protection regulations, and risk reporting. His areas of expertise include identifying and mitigating risk, conducting risk assessments, leading teams of regulatory compliance auditors, and navigating the complexities of the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulatory Compliance, UDAAP and other complex regulatory matters. He has spoken at numerous conferences and symposiums on Fair Lending and CRA. He is also a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager.

Josh is a manager with more than eight years of financial services experience. He specializes primarily in the financial institutions practice, with a strong focus in the community banking industry. Josh provides accounting, auditing, financial analysis, and outsourced risk management services to public and private financial institutions ranging from $100 million up to $4 billion in assets, including community banks, mortgage companies, and specialty finance companies.

examinations in accordance with FDICIA and SEC requirements. He also has

statement audits, agreed-upon procedures engagements, and internal
control examinations required under HUD, FHA, and GNMA regulations.

Owner, Thomas Consulting, LLC
Ann Thomas, owns and operates Thomas Consulting, LLC, where she performs regulatory compliance audits and training, internal control audits, and prepares and reviews call reports for numerous banks. Ann has over 30 years of experience in bank accounting and control, including her work with fellow consultant, Judith Alexander Jenkins for 15 years providing planning, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and operational and compliance auditing services to over 90 independent banks. Her experience in working with a broad range of independent banks is of unique value in understanding call report questions and communicating with bankers in their own language. She received a BA in Accounting from the University of Houston.
