Jeff Dunnahoo
Principal, Management Consulting, RSM US LLP

Jeff manages RSM’s national financial institution management consulting team. Jeff focuses on helping clients utilize technology to support efficient processes . He is a specialist in the financial industry with over 30 years of experience working for and consulting with financial institutions. Jeff has a strong background in all aspects of financial institution operations, technology management, digital transformation and risk management.


Brad Guenther
Manager, RSM US LLP

Brad is a member of the Management Consulting Financial institution team. Brad has over two decades of commercial banking industry experience as well as private industry financial management. Brad brings a unique perspective as a user of and participant in the systems and processes of today’s financial institutions. His background allows Brad to understand the challenges faced by the institution across the entire organization and develop practical solutions to assist the institution in improving efficiencies, developing and leveraging current state and future state technology, and process improvement. His specialized focus is in the areas of financial analysis, operational workflow analysis and improvement, and strategic planning.


Elia Blankenship
Management Consulting, RSM US LLP

Elia has over two decades of experience working in financial institutions managing operations departments and retail locations. As a member of the FI Management Consulting team she has assisted financial institutions transform operational areas by applying sustainable and innovated solutions to help solve process inefficiencies, organizational misalignment and digital inefficiency in a holistic transformative approach. Her technical background administrating banking systems and process improvement allows her to leverage technology to help solve many process inefficiencies.
