Mike has fourteen years of experience with Crowe, providing audit services to clients in the financial services industry. Mike has a wealth of experience serving clients in the financial services industry, including audits of Banks, specialty finance, leasing, and mortgage companies. His expertise also includes preparation and reporting of financial statements, SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance and auditing and FDICIA internal control implementation and reporting, along with internal audit procedures, and loan review. He is a graduate of Indiana University with degrees in Accounting and Finance. He is a member of the Illinois Association of CPA’s and the AICPA


Josh Engelkemier, CPA
Audit Senior Manager, Plante Moran, PLLC

Experience: I am a senior audit manager with more than 10 years of financial services experience. I specialize primarily in the financial institutions practice, including community bank clients with total assets under $500 million and ranging up to $10 billion. I provide financial statement audit as well as various internal audit and risk management services to our clients, with a strong focus on the design and effectiveness of internal controls, as well as financial reporting. I also have specialized expertise within the mortgage and secondary market industry, asset/liability and liquidity management activities, and model validation and implementation practice, including the Current Expected Credit Loss standard. Most recently, I have been involved in the audit and risk management technical response to COVID-19 and the related regulatory and emerging risk trends. I received my B.S. in accountancy from Michigan State University and am a member of the AICPA and Illinois CPA Society.


Stavros Georgikos

Stavros joined Belmont Bank & Trust in 2007. He brings over thirteen years of experience in the financial services industry. He is highly skilled in the areas of financial accounting and analysis, budget planning and profit analysis, internal/external financial reporting, asset liability management, enterprise risk management, vendor management, liquidity risk management, securities analysis, strategic planning, internal controls, IT infrastructure and design.
