Brad Rustin's career began as a litigator focusing on consumer financial services litigation and defense of regulatory claims against chartered and non-chartered financial institutions, finance entities, and money services business. Following in the wake of the fiscal crisis, he began working with financial institutions, money transmitters, non-traditional lenders, check cashers, and mortgage brokers on issues of regulatory compliance.

Cynthia Bush is a financial services executive who enjoyed an almost 20-year career with TIAA. During that time, she oversaw investments ranging from $2 billion to $25 billion and has a wealth of experience across the capital spectrum including high yield bonds, project finance, leveraged loans, mezzanine investments and real estate. Prior to TIAA, Bush was a successful investment banker with Citibank in Europe and JP Morgan Chase in New York. In Europe, Bush was an integral part of the team that raised financing for large corporate mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures for Western European conglomerates

Jason has more than ten years of experience providing litigation support, forensic accounting and investigation services to clients. He provides financial analyses and forensic accounting services in support of clients involved in disputes, including litigation, arbitration and mediation. His clients have included attorneys, companies, and Government agencies involved in numerous industries including financial services, construction, defense contracting, manufacturing, warehousing, and nuclear power, among others.
