Learn to drive greater financial value and shake up your branch-centric delivery channel perspectives during FMS’ upcoming webinar, Evaluate Return on Your Delivery Channels.

The shift in how your customers are using your institution’s delivery channels is one the most significant strategic challenges financial institution executives will face over the next decade. While the evolution is inevitable, most banks and credit unions often struggle with outdated and flawed frameworks for managing this shift.

Struggle no more! This informative presentation will help you embrace a more integrated view of delivery channel performance management within your institution. You’ll learn how implementation of a multi-dimensional return on channel framework can help you evaluate each channel according to sales, costs and retention which is key to more effectively managing performance.

The unique agenda of this program will provide you with:
  • A greater understanding of return on channel based on each delivery point’s contributions to sales, retention and costs
  • Which levers can be used to enhance returns while effectively managing delivery
  • A practical glimpse into a sample model
  • An overview of current channel evaluation methods and why they are breaking
  • Trends in current channel investment levels and implications
  • What questions must be answered to manage delivery
  • Insights on how to allocate sales and retention value in a multi-channel environment
  • Insights in establishing both financial and management accountability for driving results
