How to Measure the Cost of Technology in Banking
Banks incur approximately 20% of their operating budgets on Technology, yet their measurement systems provide little to no insight on how it is being consumed. When tasked with answering questions such as; “what’s the annual cost to run our Lockbox systems” or “how much are we spending to enhance our commercial loan underwriting system”, there is no quick answer without a lengthy one-time study. This session will address building a sustainable technology cost measurement system.
