Craig McPhee
Senior Vice President, Multi-Bank Securities, Inc.

Craig McPhee joined Multi-Bank Securities, Inc. (MBS) in 2003 as a vice president of the Funding Desk. He was promoted to senior vice president in February 2016, and continues to serve the funding and investment needs of his clients with an emphasis on a service-based approach.

At MBS, Craig is responsible for helping our financial institution clients meet their funding and investing needs. He assists his clients in accomplishing their funding objectives, underwriting DTC-eligible certificates of deposit (brokered CDs) and facilitating the direct placement of physical CDs and municipal deposits. Additionally, he assists his clients in managing investable assets with access to a broad range of investment products, including CDs, agency bonds, corporate bonds, municipal bonds and a wide range of mortgage-backed securities, including Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)-eligible mortgage-backed securities.

His previous business experience was spent in financial solutions sales for a Fortune 100 company.
Craig earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1993 from the University of Michigan and holds several FINRA licenses, including a General Securities Representative (Series 7), a General Securities Principal (Series 24) and a Uniform Securities Agent State Law (Series 63). He also earned the Certified Fixed Income Practitioner (CFIP) designation in 2013.

On a personal note, Craig and his wife, Nancy, have three children. They live in Rockford, Mich. In his free time, Craig enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and coaching youth athletics, including baseball, football and ice hockey. He has also held the position of Treasurer and President for his local hockey association.


Tim Peacock

Tim Peacock, a senior vice president of Multi-Bank Securities, Inc. (MBS), has been involved with fixed-income trading since 2000.

Possessing experience as a trader, broker and lead CD underwriter, Tim offers a diverse understanding of both the asset and liability makeup of the fixed-income marketplace. At MBS, Tim led the core product group to develop eConnectDirect®, an online investment platform of fixed-income securities and CDs for the institutional market, which was released in 2012.

Tim is a graduate of Purdue University and has attained several FINRA licenses, including a General Securities Representative (Series 7), a Uniform Securities Agent State Law Representative (Series 63) and a General Securities Principal (Series 24).

Tim is married to Jennifer and has two children, Emily and Jack. He enjoys camping, boating, coaching youth sports, golf, bowling and family board game nights.
