Since that time he has been a consultant to banks and corporations for their executive benefit needs as part of the M Benefit Solutions and M Financial Group. His expertise in the review of the legal, actuarial and financing of executive benefits and life insurance programs as well as timeline control and presentation ability to board committees  has been obtained through completion of hundreds of corporate engagements and board presentations. Thomas J. Jordan specializes in the design, implementation, funding and the administration of executive and key employee incentive plans. He is also a Consultant and Coach and serves as the regional Chair for CEBI (Chief Executive Boards International) in South Texas.

As a Strategic Business Advisor, Tom guides business leaders in growth and valuation strategies, exit and succession plans and executive compensation solutions. This includes managing over 2,500 Executive plans in over 400 companies and banks in over 43 states.

A proven Board presenter, Tom is considered an expert in strategic solutions and frequently speaks as an expert on the subject to business owners, bank executives and CEOs. Tom expanded his practice to include exit planning and transitions in 2012.
