Many profitability presentations talk in hypotheticals about what your institution can achieve by implementing a profitability system. This presentation focuses on three tangible analyses you can utilize in your institution today: product (evaluation of mortgage & HELOC portfolios), officer (pricing performance), and customer (identify actionable relationships to move on). From one banker to another, the details outlined will be insightful from what we've found at our institution and straightforward enough to consider applications to your institution.
