FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I substitute/transfer my registration?
Yes, substitutes from your institution are welcome.
Is the program tax-deductible?
An income-tax deduction may be allowed for education expenses (including registration, travel, meals and lodging) undertaken to maintain or improve professional skills. (Treas. Reg. Sec. 1.162-5)
Can I cancel?
Refunds, minus a $250 processing fee, will be issued upon receipt of a written cancellation from FMS before March 15, 2027. Requests received between March 16, 2027, and May 14, 2027, will be refunded 50% minus the $250 cancellation fee. No refunds, including guest fees or additional registration fees, will be processed after May 15, 2027; however, a substitute from your institution is welcome. FMS reserves the right to change instructors or reschedule/cancel sessions when necessary. FMS is not responsible for airfare penalties incurred due to the cancellation of a program.
