FFIEC-Uniform Interagency Consumer Compliance Rating System
The six members of the FFIEC request comments on a proposal to revise the UIC Compliance Rating System to reflect the regulatory, examination (supervisor), technological, and market changes that have occurred in the years since the current rating system was established. The revisions are designed to more fully align the rating system with the FFIEC Agencies' current risk-based, tailored examination approaches. The proposed revisions to the CC Rating System were not developed to set new or higher supervisory expectations for financial institutions and their adoption will represent no additional regulatory burden. Comments Due: TBD.
